摘 要:使用两步法聚酰亚胺(PI)制备工艺,结合静电纺丝技术,成功制备具有多孔结构的PI绝缘纸,并通过调整纺丝工艺调控纤维纸密度。通过改变喷丝速率发现,绝缘纸的体积密度先增大后减小;随着绝缘纸密度升高,其击穿场强逐渐增强,介电常数和体积电阻率逐渐增大。在喷丝速率为0.06mL/min时,PI纤维纸的体积密度达到最大为0.43g/cm^(3)。此时,绝缘纸的拉伸强度为227MPa,击穿场强为70kV/mm,体积电阻率为1015Ω·m,介电常数为2.5,介电损耗仅为1.4×10^(-4)。如果使用纳米填料原位法对聚酰胺酸(PAA)进行掺杂,制备的绝缘纸击穿场强比未掺杂绝缘纸明显提升,说明该绝缘纸的性能仍然有提升拓展空间。PI insulating paper with porous structure was successfully prepared by two-step polyimide(PI)preparation process combined with electrospinning technology,and the density of fiber paper was regulated by adjusting the spinning process.By changing the spinning rate,it was found that the bulk density of insulating paper first increased and then decreased;With the increase of the density of insulating paper,the breakdown field strength,dielectric constant and volume resistivity gradually increased.When the spinning rate was 0.06mL/min,the bulk density of the PI fiber paper reached the maximum of 0.43g/cm~3.At this time,the tensile strength of insulating paper was 227MPa,the breakdown field strength was 70 kV/mm,the volume resistivity was 10~(15)Ω·m,the dielectric constant was 2.5,and the dielectric loss was only 1.4×10^(-4).If polyamide acid(PAA)was doped with nano filler in situ,the breakdown field strength of the prepared insulating paper was significantly improved compared with that of undoped insulating paper,indicating that the performance of the insulating paper still had room for improvement and expansion.
