摘 要:缺陷型氧化钨(W_(18)O_(49))是一种以纯态存在的非化学计量比的氧化物,以六氯化钨为钨源,甲醇、乙醇、异丙醇为溶剂,采用一步溶剂热法制备出不同形貌的W_(18)O_(49)。通过X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜、X射线能量色散谱仪表征了W_(18)O_(49)的晶相结构、微观形貌及元素组成,并采用循环伏安法(CV)、恒电流充放电法(GCD)和交流阻抗法(EIS)分析了样品电化学性能。结果表明:使用不同溶剂制备的W_(18)O_(49)形貌差异较大,以乙醇作为溶剂制备的海胆状W_(18)O_(49)具有较大的比表面积(252.4m^(2)/g)和良好的电化学性能。在电流密度为1A/g时比电容高达476.7F/g,高于甲醇、异丙醇作为溶剂制备的W_(18)O_(49)的比电容,且在完全润湿反应后当电流密度为2A/g时比电容为513F/g,可作为一种优异的电极材料。Defective tungsten oxide(W_(18)O_(49))is an oxide in the pure state with non stoichiometric ratio.W_(18)O_(49)with different morphologies was prepared by a one-step solvothermal method using tungsten hexachloride(WCl_6)as the tungsten source and methanol,ethanol and isopropanol as the solvents.The crystalline structure,microscopic morphology and elemental composition of W_(18)O_(49)were characterized by X-ray diffractometer,scanning electron microscope and X-ray energy dispersive spectrometer.The electrochemical properties of the samples were analyzed by cyclic voltammetry(CV),galvanostatic charge/discharge(GCD)and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS).The results showed that the morphology of W_(18)O_(49)prepared with different solvents varied greatly,and the sea urchin-like W_(18)O_(49)prepared with ethanol as the solvent had a large specific surface area of 252.4m^(2)/g and good electrochemical properties.The specific capacitance was as high as 476.7F/g at a current density of 1A/g,which was higher than that of W_(18)O_(49)prepared with methanol and isopropanol as solvents.Moreover,the specific capacitance was 513F/g at a current density of 2A/g after complete wetting reaction,indicating that it could be used as an excellent electrode material.
