摘 要:湖滨带是湖泊和陆地生态系统之间物质循环和能量流动的过渡区域,其土壤碳库受气候变化和人类活动的强烈影响。为了研究干旱、半干旱区湖泊萎缩后湖滨带不同植物群落区土壤碳库的特征,在典型内陆湖泊岱海湖滨带的裸地、芦苇(Phragmites australis)群落区和赖草(Leymus secalinus)群落区设置采样地,采集0~10 cm深度、>10~20 cm深度、>20~30 cm深度、>30~50 cm深度、>50~70 cm深度和>70~100 cm深度的土壤样品,测定土壤样品的总有机碳、可溶性有机碳和易氧化有机碳含量以及其他土壤理化指标值,研究裸地、芦苇群落区和赖草群落区土壤有机碳及其活性组分含量的空间分布特征和影响因素。研究结果表明,2021年4月、7月和9月采样日,岱海湖滨带裸地、芦苇群落区和赖草群落区0~100 cm深度土壤中的总有机碳、可溶性有机碳和易氧化有机碳含量存在差异;总体上,各采样日芦苇群落区0~100 cm深度土壤中的总有机碳含量都大于裸地和赖草群落区;易氧化有机碳含量、土壤含水量、全氮含量是岱海湖滨带裸地、芦苇群落区和赖草群落区0~100 cm深度土壤中总有机碳含量的主要影响因素。Lakeside zone is the transition area of material circulation and energy flow between lake and terrestrial ecosystem.In order to study the characteristics of soil carbon pools in different plant communities in the lakeside zone after lake shrinking in arid and semi-arid regions,the sampling sites were set up in the bare ground,Phragmites australis community area and Leymus secalinus community area in the lakeside zone of Dahai Lake.Soil samples at depths of 0-10 cm,more than 10 cm to 20 cm,more than 20 cm to 30 cm,more than 30 cm to 50 cm,more than 50 cm to 70 cm and more than 70 cm to 100 cm were collected to determine the contents of total organic carbon,dissolved organic carbon and readily oxidizable carbon as well as other soil physical and chemical indexes.The spatial distribution characteristics and influencing factors of the contents of organic carbon and its active components in soils of bare land,Phragmites australis community area and Leymus secalinus community area were revealed.The results showed that contents of total organic carbon in the soil in Phragmites australis community area were more than those in bare Land and Leymus secalinus community area;with the increase of soil depth,the contents of total organic carbon in the soils in bare land and Phragmites australis community area changed as single peak cueves,while that in Leymus secalinus community area changed as single valley cueves;total organic carbon content in soil was positively correlated with readily oxidizable carbon content,water content and total nitrogen content in soil,and negatively correlated with soil pH.Dissolved organic carbon content in soil was positively correlated with soil pH and water content,and negatively correlated with soil electrical conductivity.Readily oxidized organic carbon content in soil was positively correlated with water content and total nitrogen content.
