摘　　要：本文首先剖析了一个套取住房公积金的真实案例,由此论述当前我国住房公积金失信行为的三种具体形式;其次论述了住房公积金失信行为的认定程序和撤销程序以及建立住房公积金失信档案的必要性;最后论述了住房公积金失信档案的归档范围和归档办法。This paper first analyzes a real case of withdrawing the housing provident fund,and discusses the three concrete forms of the current dishonest behavior in the housing provident fund in China.Then it discusses the identification and cancellation procedures of the dishonest behavior in the housing provident fund and the necessity of establishing the dishonesty archives of the housing provident fund,and finally expounds the filing scope and filing methods of the dishonesty archives of the housing provident fund.
