摘　　要：文章定义了强信息需求和弱信息需求的内涵,以用户知识服务需求为出发点,构建了基于用户需求的个性化知识服务模式,分别对其模式的五个基本要素及运作进行详细说明,并针对目前图书馆个性化知识服务存在的问题提出了保障措施,以便更好地满足用户需求。This paper defines the connotation of strong information needs and weak information needs,takes users'knowledge service needs as the starting point,constructs a personalized knowledge service model based on users'needs,describes the five basic elements and operation of its model in detail,and puts forward guarantee measures for the existing problems of library personalized knowledge service to better meet the needs of users.
