摘　　要：以黄河干支流流经的地级市及以上城市为研究对象,从多尺度分析A级景区发展效率的时间和空间特征,探讨其影响因素。结果显示:A级景区发展效率总体不高且呈“波浪形”缓慢增长状态,五大文化区与省会城市效率值存在显著差异,地市级高值区城市增多且逐渐向汉族文化旅游区集中。发展效率受经济发展水平、市场化水平、科技信息水平、交通水平、地区接待服务能力和产业结构等因素的影响。结论是各A级景区需因地制宜,走依靠科技创新的质量效率型集约化道路,充分发挥科技赋能在保护黄河文化上的作用,建设高质量的黄河国家文化公园。The construction of the Yellow River National Cultural Park is faced with many complex problems demanding prompt solution,and there is an urgent need to carry out relevant systematic research work.This study takes prefecture-level cities and cities above that the main and tributaries of the Yellow River flow through as the research object,analyzes the time and spatial characteristics of the development efficiency of A-level scenic spots from a multi-scale perspective,and discusses its influencing factors.The results show that:The development efficiency of A-level scenic spots is generally low and in a“wavy”slow growth state.There is a significant difference between the efficiency values of the five major cultural areas and the provincial capital cities.The number of cities in prefecture-level high-value areas increases and gradually concentrates on the Han nationality cultural tourism areas.The development efficiency is affected by such as the level of economic development,the level of marketization,the level of scientific and technological information,the level of transportation,the regional reception and service capacity and the industrial structure.Finally,All A-level scenic spots need to adapt to local conditions,take the quality and efficiency intensive road relying on scientific and technological innovation,and give full play to the role of scientific and technological empowerment in protecting the Yellow River culture,which is of great significance to the construction of high-quality Yellow River National Cultural Park.
