摘　　要：目的:探讨基于微信小程序的手术仪器信息化培训管理方案的构建与应用。方法:以2020年9月至2021年3月期间手术仪器设备采用常规培训管理方案为对照组,共20名手术室护士;以2021年6月至2021年11月期间手术仪器设备采用微信小程序信息化培训管理方案为试验组,共20名手术室护士,比较两组护士手术仪器自我使用满意度、医生对护士仪器操作满意度、护士仪器设备理论与操作考核状况、护士手术仪器操作规范率等。结果:试验组护士手术室仪器自我使用满意度95%高于对照组80%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组医生对护士仪器操作满意度90%高于对照组80%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组护士仪器设备理论考核和操作考核得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组手术仪器操作规范率98.18%高于对照组91.82%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于微信小程序的手术仪器信息化培训管理方案,可明显提升护士手术仪器自我使用满意度、医生对护士仪器操作满意度,增强手术护士对手术室仪器使用操作知识的掌握度,进一步规范使用和操作各类手术室仪器,确保手术顺利进行,减少手术安全隐患。Objective To explore the construction and application of surgical instrument information training management scheme based on WeChat applet.Methods The use and management of surgical instruments and equipment from September 2020 to March 2021 were used as the control group,with a total of 20 operating room nurses.The use and management of surgical instruments and equipment from June 2021 to November 2021 were used as the experimental group,with a total of 20 operating room nurses.The self-use satisfaction of nurses,doctors'satisfaction with the operation of nurses'instruments,the theory and operation assessment of nurses'instruments and equipment,and the standard operation rate of nurses'surgical instruments were compared between the two groups.Results The self-use satisfaction of the operating room instruments in the experimental group was 95%,higher than that in the control group(80%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of doctors in the experimental group was 90%,higher than that in the control group(80%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of the theoretical assessment and operation assessment of the nurses in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The standard operation rate of surgical instruments in the experimental group was 98.18%,higher than that in the control group(91.82%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The surgical instrument informatization training management plan based on WeChat applet can significantly improve the self-use satisfaction of nurses'surgical instruments,the satisfaction of doctors with nurses'instrument operation,enhance the surgical nurses'mastery of the operation knowledge of operating room instruments,and further standardize the use of surgical instruments.The use and operation of all kinds of operating room instruments should be futher standardized to ensure smooth operation and reduce the r
