手术室整体护理对高龄腹腔镜手术患者的影响

摘　　要：目的分析手术室整体护理用于高龄腹腔镜手术的价值。方法对2021年6月至2022年6月本科接诊的60例高龄腹腔镜手术患者进行随机分组,试验组和对照组各30例,前者采取手术室整体护理,后者行常规护理。对比两组的护理效果。结果试验组并发症发生率为3.33%,较对照组的20.00%相比更低(P<0.05)。干预后,试验组SDS和SAS评分分别为(30.15±3.26)分、(31.54±3.96)分,与对照组的(45.74±4.97)分、(46.28±5.03)分相比更低(P<0.05)。试验组满意度为100.00%,与对照组的80.00%相比更高(P<0.05)。试验组生活质量评分比对照组高(P<0.05)。试验组术中出血量为(87.37±13.06)mL,较对照组的(111.59±37.76)mL少(P<0.05)。试验组肠道排气功能恢复时间、住院时间以及手术时间均比对照组短(P<0.05)。结论在高龄腹腔镜手术中应用手术室整体护理,有助于缩短手术时间,降低并发症发生率,缓解负性情绪,提升满意度,提高患者的生活质量,促进患者快速恢复。Objective To analyze the value of overall operating room care for laparoscopic surgery in the elderly.Methods From June 2021 to June 2022,60 patients were randomized into undergraduate laparoscopic surgery,with 30 patients in the experimental and control groups,the former taking overall care in the operating room,and the latter undergoing routine care.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The complication rate in the experimental group was 3.33%,which was lower than that of 20.00%in the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the SDS and SAS scores in the trial group were(30.15±3.26)and(31.54±3.96)scores,respectively,which were lower than those in the control group(45.74±4.97)and(46.28±5.03)scores(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the experimental group was 100.00%,which was higher than that of the control group of 80.00%(P<0.05).The quality of life score was higher in the experimental group than in the control group(P<0.05).The intraoperative blood loss in the experimental group was(87.37±13.06)mL,which was less than(111.59±37.76)mL of the control group(P<0.05).The recovery time,hospital stay and operation time of intestinal exhaust function in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of overall operating room care in laparoscopic surgery for the elderly can help shorten the operation time,reduce the complication rate,relieve negative emotions,improve satisfaction,improve the quality of life of patients,and promote rapid recovery of patients.
