二氧化碳激光美容对皮损患者的治疗效果及对瘢痕形成率的影响

摘　　要：目的评价二氧化碳激光美容治疗皮损的效果,以及对患者瘢痕形成率的影响。方法纳入2018年10月至2019年10月我院200例皮损患者,依照数字随机的原则均分为观察组与对照组,对照组予常规治疗,观察组予二氧化碳激光美容治疗,比较组间治疗效果与瘢痕形成情况。结果观察组治疗有效率(97.00%,97例)高于对照组(75.00%,75例),且瘢痕形成率(2.00%,2例)低于对照组(9.00%,9例),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论二氧化碳激光美容对皮损患者的治疗效果提升有非常积极的促进作用,且会减少瘢痕的形成,安全有效。Objective To evaluate the effect of carbon dioxide laser cosmetic treatment on skin lesions and its influence on the scar formation rate of patients.Methods Two hundred patients with skin lesions in our hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group according to the principle of digital randomization.The control group was given routine treatment,and the observation group was given carbon dioxide laser cosmetic treatment.The treatment effect and scar formation between the groups were compared.Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group(97.00%,97 cases)was higher than that in the control group(75.00%,75 cases),and the scar formation rate(2.00%,2 cases)was lower than that in the control group(9.00%,9 cases),the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Carbon dioxide laser cosmetology has a very positive role in promoting the treatment effect of patients with skin lesions,and will reduce the formation of scars.It is safe and effective.
