健康教育在小儿急性化脓性扁桃体炎护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨健康教育在小儿急性化脓性扁桃体炎护理中的应用效果。方法选取2022年1~12月我院收治的急性化脓性扁桃体炎患儿33例作为研究对象,采取随机数表法将患儿分为观察组与对照组,其中对照组(n=16)实施常规护理,观察组(n=17)实施健康教育护理,比较组间相关病症常识知晓率、护理满意度、并发症发生率以及症状消失时间。结果观察组知晓率(94.12%)、满意度(94.12%)均高于对照组(62.50%、68.75%),观察组出现急性咽炎、急性喉炎、心肌炎、支气管炎及其他等并发症发生率(17.65%)低于对照组(62.50%),观察组在高热消退时间(1.27±1.05)d、咽痛消退时间(1.81±0.91)d、脓性分泌物消退时间(3.71±0.65)d、白细胞恢复时间(3.41±0.71)d均短于对照组(3.21±0.71)、(4.05±0.91)、(5.19±1.51)、(4.61±1.21)d,组间差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论在急性化脓性扁桃体炎患儿治疗期间实施健康教育可有效缩短患儿症状消失时间,提高患儿及家属病症知晓情况。Objective To study the application of health education in pediatric acute suppurative tonsillitis.Methods Selected during January 2022 to December 2022,they were divided into the observation group and the control group,the control group(n=16)received routine care,the observation group(n=17)for patients to implement health education care,then compare between the two groups of related disease knowledge awareness,nursing satisfaction,complication rate and symptom loss index.Results The awareness rate of the observation group(94.12%)and satisfaction(94.12%)were higher than that of the control group(62.50%,68.75%),the incidence of acute pharyngitis,acute laryngitis,myocarditis,bronchitis and other complications(17.65%)was lower than that of the control group(62.50%),the time of the resolution of high fever(1.27±1.05)d,the time of resolution of pharyngeal pain(1.81±0.91)d,the time of regression of purulent discharge(3.71±0.65)d,the time of leukocyte recovery(3.41±0.71)d were shorter than the control group(3.21±0.71),(4.05±0.91),(5.19±1.51),(4.61±1.21)d,the differences between the two groups with the statistical significance,P<0.05.Conclusion By implementing health education during the treatment of children with acute suppurative tonsillitis,it can effectively shorten the index of symptom disappearance in children,improve the awareness of children and their families.
