饮食干预联合运动指导对妊娠期糖尿病患者血糖水平的影响

摘　　要：目的分析饮食干预联合运动指导在妊娠期糖尿病孕妇中应用对血糖水平的影响。方法选取本院产科在2021年1月至2022年8月收治的妊娠期糖尿病孕妇134例为研究对象,以随机数表法分为对照组和试验组,对照组给予健康宣教、自我调整饮食、运动和自我血糖监测等常规干预,试验组在此基础上定期来医院给予专业的饮食干预和运动指导,两组孕妇均随访到分娩,记录两组的血糖水平、母儿结局等。结果干预后,试验组的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖和糖化血红蛋白水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组的科学饮食、适度运动比例明显高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组的孕妇并发症发生率和新生儿并发症发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论饮食干预和运动指导在妊娠期糖尿病患者中应用有利于促进血糖水平的控制,提高患者的遵医行为,改善母儿结局。Objective To analyze the effect of dietary intervention and exercise therapy on blood glucose levels in patients with gestational diabetes.Methods Select our obstetrics in January 2021 to August 2022 pregnant women with gestational diabetes study object,with random number table into the control group and experimental group,the control group for routine care intervention,the experimental group on the basis of diet intervention and exercise guidance,two groups of pregnant women follow-up to delivery,record two groups of blood sugar level,maternal and child outcomes,etc.Results After 2 months of intervention,the fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycemic hemoglobin in the experimental group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The proportion of scientific diet and moderate exercise in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of maternal complications and neonatal complications in the experimental group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of dietary intervention and exercise guidance in gestational diabetic patients is beneficial to promote the control of blood glucose level,improve the compliance behavior and improve the outcome of mothers and children.
