摘  要:目的探讨白细胞计数分类联合异型淋巴细胞诊断传染性单核细胞增多症的价值研究。方法选取2017年1月至2022年6月我院收治的65例传染性单核细胞增多症患者和同时期到院就诊的非传染性单核细胞增多症患者200例作为研究对象,所有患者均接受白细胞计数分类、异型淋巴细胞检查,分析白细胞计数分类联合异型淋巴细胞检查效能。结果观察组外周血白细胞指标、异型淋巴细胞比例高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。外周血白细胞计数+异型淋巴细胞诊断准确度86.15%(56/65)、敏感度98.25%(56/57)、阴性预测值87.50%(7/8)高于外周血白细胞计数准确度76.92%(50/65)、敏感度87.72%(50/57)、阴性预测值46.15%(6/13),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论白细胞计数分类联合异型淋巴细胞诊断传染性单核细胞增多症的准确度、敏感度、阴性预测值均更高,能为临床诊断传染性单核细胞增多症提供参考依据。Objective To explore the value of combining leukocyte count classification with allotypic lymphocytes in the diagnosis of infectious mononucleosis.Methods Sixty-five patients with infectious mononucleosis admitted from January 2017 to June 2022 and 200 patients with non infectious mononucleosis who visited the hospital at the same time were selected as the research subjects.Each patient underwent white blood cell count classification and heterotypic lymphocyte testing,and the efficacy of the combination of white blood cell count classification and heterotypic lymphocyte testing was analyzed.Results The peripheral blood leukocyte index in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the proportion of atypical lymphocytes was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The accuracy rate of peripheral blood leukocyte count+heterotypic lymphocyte diagnosis was 86.15%(56/65),sensitivity was 98.25%(56/57),and negative predictive value was 87.50%(7/8),which was higher than the accuracy rate of peripheral blood leukocyte count 76.92%(50/65),sensitivity was 87.72%(50/57),and negative predictive value was 46.15%(6/13),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of white blood cell count classification and allotypic lymphocytes in the diagnosis of infectious mononucleosis has higher accuracy,sensitivity,and negative predictive value,which can provide a certain basis for clinical diagnosis of infectious mononucleosis.
