摘　　要：目的分析尿液标本不同的放置时间对尿常规检验中的尿沉渣以及红细胞结果的影响。方法从2021年1月至2022年10月在我院接受尿常规检验的患者中选出40例作为研究对象,均采集尿液标本,检验室温下尿液标本不同放置时间(0、1、2、4、6 h)的尿沉渣(管型以及红细胞、白细胞和上皮细胞的计数)以及红细胞形态特点(大红细胞和溶解红细胞计数)。结果不同放置时间的上皮细胞计数和白细胞计数变化不明显(P>0.05);随着放置时间的延长,管型、红细胞计数和大红细胞计数逐渐降低,溶解红细胞计数逐渐提高(P<0.05),其中放置时间为0、1、2 h时,管型、红细胞计数、大红细胞计数和溶解红细胞计数差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),当尿液标本放置时间为4、6 h时,管型、红细胞计数、大红细胞计数会有明显降低,而溶解红细胞计数会有明显提高(P<0.05)。结论在尿常规检验中,尿液标本放置时间的延长会对尿沉渣和红细胞检验结果产生一定影响,建议在标本采集后的2 h内完成检验,以保证检验结果的准确性。Objective To analyze the effect of different storage time of urine samples on urine sediment and erythrocyte results in routine urine test.Methods From January 2021 to October 2022,40 patients were selected from our hospital for routine urine test,and urine samples were collected,the urine sediment(tubular type and the count of red blood cells,white blood cells and epithelial cells)and the morphological characteristics of red blood cells(large red blood cells and lysed red blood cells)of urine samples at different storage times(0,1,2,4,6 h)at room temperature were examined.Results The changes of epithelial cell count and leukocyte count were not significant at different storage time(P>0.05).With the extension of the placement time,the tube type,red cell count and large red cell count gradually decreased,and the dissolved red cell count gradually increased(P<0.05).When the placement time was 0,1,2 h,the tube type,red blood cell count,large red cell count and dissolved red cell count were not statistically significant(P>0.05),When the urine sample is placed for 4 h and 6 h,the tube type,red blood cell count and large red blood cell count will be significantly reduced,while the dissolved red blood cell count will be significantly increased(P<0.05).Conclusion In the routine urine test,with the extension of the time of placing urine samples,it will have a certain impact on the results of urine sediment and red blood cell test.It is recommended to complete the test within 2 hours after the collection of samples to ensure the accuracy of the test results.
