抚触护理在新生儿黄疸护理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨抚触护理在新生儿黄疸护理中的应用效果。方法将我院收治的200例黄疸患儿作为研究对象,通过查阅记录可知起止时间分别为2019年1月、2020年12月,依据奇偶法对患儿实施分组,各100例,对照组接受常规护理,试验组接受抚触护理,对比两组患儿护理前及护理5 d后的黄疸指数、血清内胆红素水平变化、黄疸消失时间、排便时间、胎便转黄时间、住院时间、排便次数、患儿家长的满意度、临床护理总有效率、不良反应发生率。结果护理前,两组患儿的黄疸指数、血清内胆红素水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理5 d后,试验组的各指标均获得显著改善,P<0.05。结论抚触护理在新生儿黄疸护理中的应用效果良好,不仅能够降低黄疸指数、血清内胆红素水平、不良反应发生率,缩短黄疸消失时间、排便时间、住院时间、胎便转黄时间,增加排便次数,而且能够提升患儿家长的满意度、临床护理总有效率。Objective To explore the application effect of nursing nursing in neonatal jaundice.Methods Taking the 200 children with jaundice admitted to our hospital as the research subjects,it can be seen that the start and end time were January 2019 and December 2020,respectively,and the children were grouped according to the parity method,with 100 cases each.The control group accept routine nursing,the experimental group received touch care.Before and nursing care 5 d jaundice index,serum bilirubin level changes,jaundice disappear time,defecation time,fetal turn yellow time,length of hospitalization,number of defecation,satisfaction of parents,overall efficiency of clinical nursing,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared.Results Before nursing,the difference between jaundice index and serum bilirubin level between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05);after 5 d of nursing,all the indicators improved significantly,P<0.05.Conclusion The application of touch nursing in neonatal jaundice nursing has good effect,which can not only reduce jaundice index,serum bilirubin level,the incidence of adverse reactions,shorten the disappearance time of jaundice,defecation time,hospitalization time and fetal turn to yellow Time,increase the number of defecation,and can improve the satisfaction of parents,clinical nursing total efficiency.
