摘 要:试验旨在研究富铁产朊假丝酵母对断奶仔猪生长性能、血液指标和肠道形态的影响。选择90头(7.86±0.54)kg、体况相近的健康28日龄“杜×长×大”断奶仔猪,随机分为2组,每组9个重复,每个重复5头猪。对照组(CON组)仔猪饲喂基础日粮+硫酸亚铁(含铁104 mg/kg),试验组(CU组)仔猪饲喂基础日粮+富铁产朊假丝酵母(含铁104 mg/kg),试验期28 d。结果显示,富铁产朊假丝酵母对断奶仔猪生长性能影响不显著(P>0.05)。与CON组相比,CU组仔猪血液白细胞总数、嗜碱性粒细胞百分含量显著提高(P<0.05);血清免疫球蛋白A和免疫球蛋白G含量显著提高(P<0.05),肿瘤坏死因子-α含量显著降低(P<0.05);血清铁含量显著提高(P<0.05),血清总铁结合能力和铜蓝蛋白活性显著降低(P<0.05)。与CON组相比,CU组断奶仔猪血清过氧化氢酶、细胞色素氧化酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶和总超氧化物歧化酶活性显著提高(P<0.05),血清丙二醛含量显著降低(P<0.05);CU组断奶仔猪十二指肠、空肠绒毛高度和绒毛高度/隐窝深度值显著提高(P<0.05),隐窝深度显著降低(P<0.05)。研究表明,富铁产朊假丝酵母替代无机铁,可以改善仔猪机体铁代谢、抗氧化和免疫功能,有利于维护肠道形态。The experiment was to investigate the effect of iron-rich Candida utilis on growth performance,blood indexes and intestinal morphology of weaned piglets.A total of 90 healthy 28-day-old male castrated'Duroc×Landmass×Yorkshire'weaned piglets with an average body weight of(7.86±0.54)kg were randomly divided into two groups,with nine replicates in each group and five piglets in each replicate.Piglets in CON group were fed with a basal diet+ferrous sulfate(containing 104 mg/kg iron),and piglets in experimental group(CU group)were fed with a basal diet+iron-rich Candida utilis(containing 104 mg/kg iron).The experiment lasted for 28 d.The results showed that there was no significant effect of iron-rich Candida utilis on growth performance of weaned piglets(P>0.05).Compared with CON group,the total number of WBC and Bas in CU group were significantly increased(P<0.05).The content of serum IgA and IgG were significantly increased(P<0.05),and TNF-αwas significantly decreased(P<0.05).The serum iron content was significantly increased,while the total iron binding capacity and ceruloplasmin activity were significantly decreased(P<0.05).Compared with CON group,the activity of serum catalase,cytochrome oxidase,glutathione peroxidase and total superoxide dismutase in CU group were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the content of serum malondialdehyde was significantly decreased(P<0.05).The villus height and villus height/crypt depth values in duodenum and jejunum of weaned piglets in CU group were significantly increased(P<0.05),and crypt depth was significantly decreased(P<0.05).The study indicates that the complete replacement of dietary inorganic iron by iron-rich Candida utilis can improve the iron metabolism,antioxidant and immune functions of weaned piglets,which is beneficial to the maintenance of intestinal morphology.
