复方中草药对蛋种鸡生产性能的影响

摘　　要：试验旨在研究不同剂量的中草药饲料添加剂对蛋种鸡生产性能的影响。选取600只27周龄的黄脚麻鸡,随机分为4组,每组10个重复,每个重复15只鸡。对照组蛋鸡饲喂基础日粮,试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组、试验Ⅲ组分别在基础日粮中添加0.5%、1.0%、2.0%复方中草药。试验期21 d。结果表明,试验Ⅱ组蛋鸡产蛋率为78.5%,显著高于其他组(P<0.05);试验Ⅱ组蛋鸡受精率94.5%,较其他组有上升趋势;试验Ⅱ组蛋鸡受精蛋孵化率为97.0%,显著高于其他组(P<0.05);试验Ⅱ组蛋鸡健雏率为96.8%,显著高于其他组(P<0.05);试验Ⅱ组蛋鸡死淘率为0.66%,较其他组有下降趋势。研究表明,在日粮中加入1.0%复方中草药能够提高黄脚麻鸡蛋种鸡的生产性能。The experiment was to investigate the effect of different doses of Chinese herbal medicine feed additives on production performance of egg breed chicken.A total of 60027-week-old yellow-footed chicken were randomly divided into four groups,with with 10 replicates per group and 15 chickens per replicate.The chicken in control group were fed with basal diet,chicken in groupⅠ,groupⅡand groupⅢwere fed the basal diet with 0.5%,1.0%and 2.0%compound Chinese herbal medicine,respectively.The experiment period was 21 d.The results showed that the laying rate of test groupⅡwas 78.5%,which was significantly higher than other groups(P<0.05).The fertilization rate of test groupⅡwas 94.5%,rising trend compared with other groups.The hatchability of fertilized eggs in test groupⅡwas 97.0%,which was significantly higher than other groups(P<0.05).The healthy chick rate of testⅡgroup was 96.8%,which was significantly higher than other groups(P<0.05).The mortality rate of test groupⅡwas 0.66%,there was a downward trend compared with other groups.The experiment indicates that adding 1.0%compound Chinese herbal medicine feed additive to diet can increase the production performance of the Huang Jiao Ma egg breed chicken.
