摘　　要：试验旨在研究乳酸菌素对浙东白鹅母鹅繁殖性能、蛋品质及血清生化指标的影响。选取19~20月龄的健康母鹅2000只,随机分为4组,每组5个重复,每个重复100羽母鹅。对照组鹅饲喂基础日粮,各试验组在基础日粮中添加0.01%(试验组1)、0.02%(试验组2)、0.04%(试验组3)的乳酸菌素。预试期15 d,正式试验期150 d。结果显示,与对照组相比,日粮中添加0.02%和0.04%乳酸菌素可显著提高母鹅两个产蛋周期内的产蛋数、受精率、母鹅第2产蛋周期的孵化率(P<0.05);日粮添加0.01%、0.02%、0.04%乳酸菌素可显著提高蛋黄比例(P<0.05),极显著降低白鹅血清甘油三酯(TG)含量(P<0.01),极显著提高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)的含量(P<0.01)。日粮中添加乳酸菌素对其他脂肪指标和免疫指标无显著影响(P>0.05)。研究表明,日粮中添加0.02%的乳酸菌素能够提高浙东白鹅母鹅繁殖性能与蛋品质,改善脂质代谢。The experiment was to study the effect of lactobacillin on reproductive performance,egg quality and serum biochemical indexes of Zhedong white goose.A total of 2000 healthy female Zhedong white geese aged from 19 to 20 months were randomly divided into four groups,with five replicates in each group and 100 female geese in each replicate.Geese in control group were fed with a basal diet,and experimental groups were fed with basal diet supplemented with 0.01%(group 1),0.02%(group 2)and 0.04%(group 3)lactobacillin.The pre-test lasted for 15 d,and the formal test lasted for 150 d.The results showed that compared with control group,the dietary supplementation of 0.02%and 0.04%lactobacillin significantly increased the egg number and fertilization rate in two laying cycles,the hatching rate in the second laying cycle of goose eggs(P<0.05).The supplementation of 0.01%,0.02%and 0.04%lactobacillin significantly increased the proportion of egg yolk(P<0.05),extremely decreased the content of TG in serum(P<0.01),extremely increased the content of HDL-C in serum(P<0.01).Dietary lactobacillin had no significant effect on other lipid indices and immune indices(P>0.05).The study indicates that adding 0.02%lactobacillin in the diet can improve the reproductive performance and egg quality of Zhedong white geese and improve lipid metabolism.
