摘 要:试验旨在研究复合添加剂果寡糖(FOS)+短小芽孢杆菌(SE5)+三丁酸甘油酯(Tb)对斜带石斑鱼生长性能、免疫和肠道形态的影响。选取300尾初重为(18.13±0.02)g的斜带石斑鱼幼鱼,随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复25尾。对照组(T1组)斜带石斑鱼饲喂基础饵料,T2组、T3组、T4组分别在斜带石斑鱼基础饵料中添加0.05%FOS+SE5+0.10%Tb、0.10%FOS+SE5+0.10%Tb、0.20%FOS+SE5+0.10%Tb,其中SE5添加量均为1.0×10^(8) CFU/g。试验期56 d。结果显示,与T1组相比,T2组~T4组斜带石斑鱼在56 d时增重率(WGR)和特定生长率(SGR)显著提高(P<0.05),饲料系数(FCR)趋于下降。与T1组相比,T3组和T4组斜带石斑鱼血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性显著提高(P<0.05);T2组~T4组斜带石斑鱼溶菌酶(LZM)活性仅在28 d时显著升高(P<0.05),T3组酸性磷酸酶(ACP)活性显著升高(P<0.05)。补充复合添加剂提高了石斑鱼肠蛋白酶、淀粉酶、脂肪酶活性,并明显改善了肠绒毛高度、绒毛宽度、绒毛数量和肌层厚度。研究表明,复合添加剂能够提高斜带石斑鱼生长性能,增强免疫力和维持肠道形态,T4组效果较好。The experiment was to study the effect of compound additives FOS+SE5+Tb on growth performance,immunity and intestinal morphology of Epinephelus coioides.A total of 300 Epinephelus coioides with initial weight(18.13±0.02)g were randomly divided into four groups,with three replicates in each group and 25 Epinephelus coioides in each replicate.The Epinephelus coioides in control group(T1 group)were fed with basal diet,and Epinephelus coioides in T2 group,T3 group,T4 group were supplemented 0.05%FOS+SE5+0.10%Tb,0.10%FOS+SE5+0.10%Tb,0.20%FOS+SE5+0.10%Tb in basic diet.The dose of SE5 was 1.0×10^(8) CFU/g.The results showed that compared with T1 group,WGR and SGR in T2~T4 groups were significantly increased on 56 d(P<0.05),FCR showed a downward trend.Compared with T1 group,the activity of SOD in T3 group and T4 group were significantly increased(P<0.05),the activity of LZM in T2~T4 groups were only significantly increased on 28 d(P<0.05),ACP activity in T3 group was significantly increased(P<0.05).Supplementation of complex additives in feed increased the activity of protease,amylase and lipase in intestine of Epinephelus coioides,and obviously improved the height,width,number of villi and thickness of muscle layer.The study indicates that compound additive can improve the growth performance,enhance the immunity and maintain intestinal morphology of Epinephelus coioides,T4 group has better effect.
