低温等离子技术结合中药熏药治疗儿童鼾症的效果研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨低温等离子技术结合中药熏药治疗儿童鼾症的效果。方法:回顾性分析2020年9月-2021年12月景德镇市中医医院住院治疗的120例儿童鼾症患儿的临床资料,依据治疗方法不同将其分为研究组、对照1组和对照2组,各40例。三组均进行低温等离子手术。研究组于术前1 d至术后5 d使用中药熏药治疗,对照1组不予外用药组,对照2组于术前1 d至术后5 d使用布地奈德鼻喷雾剂治疗。比较三组主要症状和体征评分、临床疗效、围手术期指标、不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,三组主要症状和体征评分均较治疗前降低,且研究组均低于对照1组及对照2组,对照2组低于对照1组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率高于对照1组与对照2组(P<0.05)。研究组住院时间、术后疼痛时间、症状缓解时间、术后伪膜脱离时间均短于对照1组及对照2组,对照2组均短于对照1组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。三组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:低温等离子技术结合中药熏药在儿童鼾症治疗中获得较好效果,能够有效缩短患儿住院时间,缓解术后不适感,无明显不良反应,安全性高,疗效显著。Objective:To investigate the curative effect of low temperature plasma technology combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation on children snoring.Method:The clinical data of 120 children with snoring in Jingdezhen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2020 to December 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into study group,control group 1 and control group 2,with 40 cases in each group.All the three groups underwent low temperature plasma surgery.The study group was treated with fumigation of traditional Chinese medicine from 1 day before surgery to 5 days after surgery,control group 1 was not given external medication,control group 2 was treated with Budesonide Nasal Spray from 1 day before surgery to 5 days after surgery.Result:After treatment,the scores of main symptoms and signs in the three groups were lower than those before treatment,and that of the study group was lower than those of control group 1 and control group 2,and control group 2 was lower than that of control group 1,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was higher than those of control group 1 and control group 2(P<0.05).The length of hospital stay,postoperative pain time,symptom relief time and postoperative pseudomembrane detachment time in the study group were all shorter than those in control group 1 and control group 2,and control group 2 were all shorter than those in control group 1,with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions among the three groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Low temperature plasma technology combined with fumigation of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of children snoring has a good effect,can effectively shorten the hospital stay,relieve postoperative discomfort,no obvious adverse reactions,high safety,significant effect.
