摘  要:目的:探讨尿沉渣和尿液干化学检测在妇幼尿液检验中的应用价值。方法:选取2020年2月-2021年4月于福建省妇幼保健院就诊并行尿常规检查的1002例患者作为研究对象。对患者尿液标本进行尿沉渣和尿液干化学检测,并以尿细菌培养结果作为本研究检测结果的“金标准”。记录并分析患者疾病分类,比较尿沉渣和尿液干化学单独及联合检测在妇幼尿液检验中的诊断效能。结果:尿细菌培养检出复杂性尿路感染2例、尿道炎274例、泌尿系统疾患138例、尿道损伤29例,共检出443例。尿沉渣检测检出阳性251例、阴性751例;尿液干化学检测检出阳性307例、阴性695例;尿沉渣+尿液干化学检测检出阳性411例、阴性591例。尿沉渣+尿液干化学检测敏感度(90.29%)、尿液干化学检测敏感度(52.82%)均明显高于尿沉渣检测(35.44%)(χ^(2)=285.493、83.100,P<0.05),尿沉渣+尿液干化学检测敏感度明显高于尿液干化学检测(χ^(2)=60.376,P<0.05);尿沉渣+尿液干化学检测特异度(98.03%)明显高于尿沉渣检测(83.18%)、尿液干化学检测(86.94%)(χ^(2)=72.410、49.480,P<0.05);尿沉渣+尿液干化学检测准确度(94.61%)、尿液干化学检测准确度(71.86%)均明显高于尿沉渣检测62.08%(χ^(2)=312.567、21.664,P<0.05),尿沉渣+尿液干化学检测准确度明显高于尿液干化学检测(χ^(2)=185.880,P<0.05)。结论:尿沉渣+尿液干化学检测在妇幼泌尿系统疾病中的检出率与诊断效能均明显高于尿沉渣、尿液干化学单独检测,有助于患者病情诊断与治疗,值得借鉴。Objective:To explore the application value of of urine sediment and urine dry chemical detection in maternal and children urine examination.Method:A total of 1002 urine samples underwent routine urine examination in Fujian Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from February 2020 to April 2021 were selected for urine sediment and urine dry chemical detection,and the results of urine bacterial culture were taken as the"gold standard"of the detection results in this study.The disease classifications of the patients were recorded and analyzed,and the diagnostic efficacy of urine sediment and urine dry chemistry alone and in combination in maternal and children urine examination was compared.Result:Urine bacterial culture detected 2 cases of complicated urinary tract infection,274 cases of urethritis,138 cases of urinary system diseases and 29 cases of urethral injury,with a total of 443 cases detected.251 cases were positive and 751 cases were negative by urine sediment detection;307 cases were positive and 695 cases were negative by urine dry chemistry test;411 cases were positive and 591 cases were negative by urine sediment+urine dry chemical detection.The sensitivity of urine sediment+urine dry chemical detection(90.29%)and urine dry chemical detection(52.82%)were significantly higher than that of urine sediment detection(35.44%)(χ^(2)=285.493,83.100,P<0.05).The sensitivity of urine sediment+urine dry chemical detection was significantly higher than that of urine dry chemical detection(χ^(2)=60.376,P<0.05).The specificity of urine sediment+urine dry chemical detection(98.03%)was significantly higher than that of urine sediment detection(83.18%)and urine dry chemical detection(86.94%)(χ^(2)=72.410,49.480,P<0.05).The accuracy of urine sediment+urine dry chemical detection(94.61%)and urine dry chemical detection(71.86%)were significantly higher than that of urine sediment detection(62.08%)(χ^(2)=312.567,21.664,P<0.05).The accuracy of urine sediment+urine dry chemical detection was significantly higher than tha
