天麻钩藤饮加减治疗肝阳上亢型高血压病合并焦虑抑郁症状的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨天麻钩藤饮加减治疗肝阳上亢型高血压病合并焦虑抑郁症状患者的临床效果。方法选取2019年2月至2021年2月福建中医药大学附属第三人民医院心内科收治的65例肝阳上亢型高血压病合并焦虑抑郁症状的患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组(n=33)和对照组(n=32)。对照组患者晨起口服厄贝沙坦片进行治疗;观察组患者在对照组基础上,联合天麻钩藤饮加减进行治疗。治疗4周后比较两组患者的清晨血压水平和焦虑水平。结果治疗4周后,观察组的总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的收缩压、舒张压低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的汉密尔顿焦虑评分量表、汉密尔顿抑郁评分量表评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论天麻钩藤饮能够促进肝阳上亢型高血压合并焦虑抑郁患者血压有效控制,缓解焦虑抑郁状态,临床疗效显著,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of modified Tianma-Gouteng Decoction in the treatment of hypertension with hyperthyroidism of liver Yang combined with anxiety and depression.Methods A total of 65 patients with hypertension of hyperactive liver Yang combined with anxiety and depression admitted to the Department of Cardiology of the Third Affiliated People's Hospital of Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2019 to February 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into observation group(n=33)and control group(n=32)by random number table method.The control group was treated with Irbesartan tablets orally in the morning.The observation group was treated with Tianma-Gouteng Decoction on the basis of the control group.After 4 weeks of treatment,the morning blood pressure level and anxiety level of the two groups were compared.Results After 4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The systolic blood pressure and diastolic pressure of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of Hamilton anxiety scale and Hamilton depression scale of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Tianma-Gouteng Decoction can effectively control blood pressure and relieve anxiety and depression in patients with hypertension with hyperthyroidism of liver Yang,which has significant clinical effect and is worthy of promotion and application.
