连花清瘟颗粒多次服用致泛发性固定性药疹1例并文献复习

摘　　要：通过对1例口服连花清瘟颗粒后出现泛发性固定性药疹的病例进行分析,为临床安全用药提供参考。本例患者因“感冒”曾多次口服连花清瘟颗粒,反复出现左小腿、右胸部水肿性红斑,瘙痒明显,诊断为泛发性固定性药疹(连花清瘟颗粒致),予抗炎、抗组胺等治疗后瘙痒减轻,皮疹消退,局部遗留暗褐色斑片。连花清瘟颗粒具有清瘟解毒,宣肺泄热之功效,常用于病毒性感冒之热毒袭肺证,现代药理研究发现其在抗病毒、抗炎等方面疗效甚佳。本例患者多次于口服药物后出现药疹,虽为临床常见药疹,亦不可忽视其危害性,因此重视并熟悉连花清瘟颗粒的不良反应对于安全用药具有重要意义。To analyze a case of generalized fixed drug eruption after oral administration of Lianhua Qingwen Granules,so as to provide reference for clinical safe drug use.The patient had taken Lianhua Qingwen Granules orally for many times due to"cold",and had repeated edematous erythema on the left leg and right chest with obvious pruritus.The patient was diagnosed as generalized fixed drug eruption(caused by Lianhua Qingwen Granules).After anti-inflammatory and antihistamine treatment,the pruritus was alleviated,the rash subsided,and dark brown patches were left in the local area.Lianhua Qingwen Granules has the effect of clearing away the pestilence and detoxifying,ventilating the lung and dissipating heat.It was used for the syndrome of heat and toxin attacking the lung of viral cold.Modern pharmacological studies have found that it has good effects in anti-virus and anti-inflammatory.In this patient,drug eruptions occurred repeatedly after oral administration of drugs.Although it is a common clinical drug eruption,its harm should not be ignored.Therefore,it is of great significance to pay attention to and be familiar with the adverse reactions of Lianhua Qingwen Granules for safe medication.
