干扰素、聚焦超声及其联合治疗对慢性子宫颈炎合并HR-HPV感染的影响

摘　　要：目的:比较人干扰素α2b阴道泡腾胶囊、聚焦超声及其联合治疗慢性子宫颈炎合并人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染的临床效果。方法:选择2019年8月-2021年7月于芜湖市第一人民医院门诊就诊的90例慢性子宫颈炎合并高危型HPV(HR-HPV)感染患者。根据治疗方案将患者分为A组(予以人干扰素α2b阴道泡腾胶囊治疗)、B组(予以聚焦超声治疗)和C组(予以聚焦超声+人干扰素α2b阴道泡腾胶囊治疗),每组30例。比较三组治疗后HPV转阴率、治疗前后子宫颈炎评分,并比较聚焦超声治疗后相关指标。结果:C组阴道出血时间、阴道出血量、阴道排液时间、阴道排液量和子宫颈创面愈合时间均优于B组(P<0.05);三组HPV转阴率和总有效率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);三组治愈率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且C组治愈率高于A组(P<0.05);治疗后三组子宫颈炎评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且C组子宫颈炎评分均显著低于A、B组(P<0.05)。结论:人干扰素α2b阴道泡腾胶囊与聚焦超声联合治疗可有效改善慢性子宫颈炎合并HR-HPV患者症状体征,提高治疗的有效性。Objective:To compare the clinical effects of Human Interferonα2b Vaginal Effervescent Capsules,focused ultrasound and their combination therapy in the treatment of chronic cervicitis complicated with human papilloma virus(HPV)infection.Method:A total of 90 patients with chronic cervicitis complicated with high risk HPV(HR-HPV)infection were selected from August 2019 to July 2021 in the Outpatient Department of the First People's Hospital of Wuhu.According to the treatment protocol,the patients were divided into group A(treated with Human Interferonα2b Vaginal Effervescent Capsules),group B(treated with focused ultrasound)and group C(treated with focused ultrasound+Human Interferonα2b Vaginal Effervescent Capsules),with 30 cases in each group.The HPV negative conversion rate after treatment and cervicitis score before and after treatment were compared among the three groups,and the related indicators after focused ultrasound treatment were compared.Result:The vaginal bleeding time,vaginal bleeding volume,vaginal drainage time,vaginal drainage volume and cervical wound healing time in group C were better than those in group B(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in HPV negative conversion rate and total effective rate among the three groups(P>0.05).The difference in the cure rates among the three groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the cure rate in group C was higher than that in group A(P<0.05).After treatment,the cervicitis scores among the three groups were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the score of cervicitis in group C was significantly lower than that in group A and group B(P<0.05).Conclusion:Human Interferonα2b Vaginal Effervescent Capsules combined with focused ultrasound can effectively improve the symptoms and signs of patients with chronic cervicitis and improve the effectiveness of treatment.
