中药联合莉芙敏片治疗中老年女性阴道干涩(肝肾阴虚证)的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察中药联合莉芙敏片在治疗中老年女性阴道干涩方面的效果,以期为中医药治疗阴道干涩提供优化方案。方法:收集2021年6月-2022年5月就诊于随州市妇幼保健院符合纳入标准的96例阴道干涩(肝肾阴虚证)患者,随机分组,试验组和对照组各48例,试验组给予口服中药经验方滋阴润窍颗粒联合莉芙敏片;对照组则口服戊酸雌二醇片搭配地屈孕酮片。3个疗程治疗结束后比较两组的各项指标,评价其疗效。结果:两组综合疗效比较,试验组总有效率为93.75%;对照组为77.08%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组中医症候疗效比较,试验组中医症候总有效率为89.58%;对照组为70.83%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组阴道健康指数、中医症候积分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组阴道健康指数、中医症候积分均改善,且试验组改善更明显,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组阴道萎缩指数评分治疗前后差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:中老年女性阴道干涩用中药联合莉芙敏片治疗肝肾阴虚证能确切地发挥效果,有效改善阴道干涩程度、中医症候评分。Objective:To observe the curative effect of TCM combined with Remifemin Tablets in the treatment of vaginal dryness in middle-aged and elderly women,so as to provide an optimized scheme for the treatment of vaginal dryness with traditional Chinese medicine.Method:From June 2021 to May 2022,96 patients with vaginal dryness(liver and kidney Yin deficiency syndrome)who met the inclusion criteria in Suizhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital were selected,the patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,48 cases in each group.The experimental group was given Ziyin Runqiao Granules combined with Remifemin Tablets.The control group was treated with oral Estradiol Valerate Tablets combined with Dydrogesterone Tablets.After 3 courses of treatment,the related indexes of efficacy observation were compared between the two groups to evaluate their efficacy.Result:The total effective rate of combined efficacy in the experimental group was 93.75%,the control group was 77.08%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of TCM syndrome in the experimental group was 89.58%,and 70.83%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in vaginal health index and TCM symptom scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the vaginal health index and TCM symptom score of the two groups were improved,and the improvement of the experimental group were more obvious,with statistical significance(P<0.05),while there was no statistical significance in the score of the vaginal atrophy index between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:Ziyin Runqiao Granules combined with Remifemin Tablets can play an effective role in the treatment of vaginal dryness in middle-aged and elderly women with liver and kidney Yin deficiency syndrome,and effectively improve the degree of vaginal dryness and TCM syndrome score.
