调经促孕丸联合来曲唑治疗排卵障碍性不孕症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探究调经促孕丸联合来曲唑治疗排卵障碍性不孕症的临床效果。方法:选取2021年6月-2022年1月赣南医学院第一附属医院收治的80例排卵障碍性不孕症患者,随机分为两组,各40例。对照组采用来曲唑治疗,观察组采用调经促孕丸联合来曲唑治疗。比较两组卵泡发育情况、注射注射用绒促性素(hCG)日子宫内膜厚度、应用尿促性素(HMG)的总剂量、排卵后1周血清雌二醇(E_(2))及孕酮(P)水平、宫颈黏液评分、排卵率及妊娠率。结果:治疗后,两组主卵泡直径比治疗前高,观察组比对照组高(P<0.05)。观察组注射hCG日子宫内膜厚度比对照组高,观察组应用HMG的总剂量比对照组少(P<0.05)。排卵后1周,观察组E_(2)、P水平均比对照组高(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组子宫颈黏液评分比治疗前高,观察组比对照组高(P<0.05)。观察组的排卵率、妊娠率均比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论:排卵障碍性不孕症采用调经促孕丸联合来曲唑治疗可改善患者的卵泡发育及子宫内膜、子宫颈黏液情况,提高患者激素水平、排卵率及妊娠率。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Tiaojing Cuyun Pills combined with Letrozole in the treatment of ovulatory dysfunction infertility.Method:A total of 80 patients with ovulatory dysfunction infertility who were admitted to First Affiliated Hospital of Gannan Medical University from June 2021 to January 2022 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Letrozole,and the observation group was treated with Tiaojing Cuyun Pills combined with Letrozole.The follicular development,endometrial thickness on the day of injection of Chorionic Gonadotrophin for Injection(hCG),the total dose of Menotropins(HMG)was used,serum estradiol(E_(2))and progesterone(P)levels one week after ovulation,cervical mucus scores,ovulation rate and pregnancy rate were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,the diameter of the main follicle in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and that in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The endometrial thickness in the observation group was higher than that in the control group on the day of hCG injection,and the total dose of HMG was used in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).One week after ovulation,the levels of E_(2)and P in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the cervical mucus scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The ovulation rate and pregnancy rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ovulatory dysfunction infertility treated with Tiaojing Cuyun Pills combined with Letrozole can improve the follicular development and endometrial,cervical mucus,and increase the hormone levels,ovulation rate and pregnancy rate of the patients.
