基于“肝肾同源”辨治未破裂卵泡黄素化综合征

摘　　要：受社会环境因素影响,未破裂卵泡黄素化综合征发病率逐年升高,对育龄期女性造成严重困扰。西医治疗该病虽取得一定疗效,但也存在不良反应多、复发率高的问题。近年来,随着中医药治疗未破裂卵泡黄素化综合征研究的不断深入,发现肝肾两脏功能失常与未破裂卵泡黄素化综合征发病密切相关。相较于西医,中医治疗未破裂卵泡黄素化综合征遵循整体观念,辨证论治,治疗过程中调治结合、扶正固本,应用疏肝、补肾法治疗未破裂卵泡黄素化综合征,能明显提升患者排卵率和妊娠率,降低复发率,疗效显著。Under the influence of social and environmental factors,the incidence of unruptured follicle luteinization syndrome is increasing year by year,which causes serious trouble to women of reproductive age.Although Western medicine has achieved certain curative effect,there are many side effects and high recurrence rate.In recent years,with the deepening of the research on the treatment of unruptured follicle luteinization syndrome by traditional Chinese medicine,it has been found that the dysfunction of liver and kidney is closely related to the incidence of unruptured follicle luteinization syndrome.Compared with Western medicine,traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of unruptured follicular luteinization syndrome follows the holistic concept and treatment based on syndrome differentiation.In the treatment process,combining regulation and treatment,strengthening the Zheng Qi and consolidating the root of man,applying the treatment of soothing Liver Qi and nourishing Kidney therapy to treat unruptured follicular luteinization syndrome can significantly improve the ovulation rate and pregnancy rate of patients,and reduce the recurrence rate,with significant effect.
