摘　　要：心之精气通过耳窍上传,而心血亏虚、心血瘀阻、心神失养致使心精无法濡养于耳,故致耳鸣。临证时基于“心寄窍于耳”理论结合中医整体观念,联系气血及相关脏腑,从虚、热、瘀角度进行辨证,以清心泻火通窍,养心补血通窍,交通心肾通窍,清心疏肝通窍,补益心脾通窍,活血通脉、祛瘀通窍等为治疗原则。The Essence of the Heart is uploaded through the orifice of the ear,but Heart blood deficiency,Heart blood stasis and lack of nutrition of the Heart make it impossible for the heart Essence to nourish the ear,resulting in tinnitus.Based on the theory of"Heart orifice lying in the ear"and the overall concept of traditional Chinese medicine,combining with Qi and blood and related viscera,syndrome differentiation is carried out from the perspective of deficiency,Heat and blood stasis.Therefore,the following treatment principle are proposed:clearing Heart Fire,nourishing Heart and tonifying blood,harmonizing Heart and Kidney,clearing Heart Fire and soothing Liver Qi,tonifying Heart and Spleen,activating blood circulation,dispelling blood stasis and so on,the purpose of which is to unchoke the orifice.
