摘　　要：临床辨治不孕证当首别冲任,抓核心病机,辨病与辨证相结合。针对肾中精气耗伤,肾阴阳失衡导致不孕者,应以补肾养精为本助孕,常用续断-菟丝子、淫羊藿-山萸肉;针对肝气郁结者重视疏肝解郁,兼顾理脾,调理气血,调和冲任常用当归-川芎、郁金-枳壳;针对痰瘀互结,壅塞于胞脉,阻滞气机,胞宫冲任失调者,应痰瘀并治,豁痰祛瘀,调理气机,疏通冲任胞宫,常用白芥子-焦山楂、丹参-鸡血藤;针对肾阳不足,胞宫虚寒,督脉寒凉,宫寒不能摄精者,应标本兼治,尤以温阳祛寒止痛为主,常用枸杞子-干姜、吴茱萸-小茴香。In clinics,the first step of the diagnosis and treatment of infertility should be to identify Chongren issue to grasp the core pathogenesis and combining disease differentiation with syndrome differentiation.In view of the too much consumption of Essence and Qi in the Kidney and the infertility caused by the imbalance of Kidney Yin and Yang,tonifying the Kidney and nourishing Essence should be the basis methods to achieve pregnancy.The commonly used paired drugs are Xuduan-Tusizi(radix dipsaci-dodder),Yinyanghuo-Shanyurou(epimedium-cornus);for those with stagnation of Liver Qi,we should pay attention to soothing the Liver and relieving depression,regulating Spleen,regulating Qi and blood as well as regulating Chongren.The paired drugs are Danggui-Chuanxiong(angelica sinensis-ligusticum wallichii)and Yujin-Zhike(radix curcumae-fructus aurantii);In case of the combination of Phlegm and blood stasis congesting in the uterus and blocking Qi activity,which causes the imbalance of Chongren,Phlegm and blood stasis should be treated simultaneously,in which Qi movement should be regulated and Chongren should be dredged.The commonly used paired durgs are Baijiezi-Jiaoshanzha(white mustard seed-processed hawthorn)and Danshen-Jixieteng(salvia miltiorrhiza-caulis spatholobi);for those with deficiency of Kidney Yang,deficiency and cold uterus,cold Du meridian and dysfunction in accepting Essence,both symptoms and root causes should be treated,especially warming Yang,dispelling cold and relieving pain.The commonly used paired durgs are Gouqizi-Ganjiang(Chinese wolfberry-dried ginger and Wuzhuyu-Xiaohuixiang(fructus evodiae-fructus foeniculi).
