摘　　要：抑郁症病位虽主要与肝有关,但常涉及心、脾、肾三脏,及少阳胆、少阳三焦二腑。枢机不利,气机郁而不通,久则化火伤阴,胆火扰乱心神,出现胆怯易惊、情绪不安、不欲言动等症;少阳相火郁遏不畅,妄动而成为浮游之火,胆火上炎,上扰君火,心神烦乱,出现心烦易怒、口干口苦、难寐易醒等症。故少阳枢机不利、三焦相火郁遏是抑郁症发病的关键,临证治疗时,要以疏解少阳、调畅相火为基本治法,然后根据证型的变化而随机应变。气机的各种变化均会影响三焦通调气机的功能,调理气机乃是疏解少阳、宣畅三焦的核心治法,调畅情志乃是增强疗效、防止复发的根本所在。Although the location of depression is mainly related to the Liver,it often get the Heart,Spleen and Kidney as well as Shaoyang Gallbladder and Shaoyang Sanjiao involved.When the cardinal is in dysfunction,the Qi is depressed and impassable.After a long time,the Fire hurts the Yin,the Gallbladder Fire disturbs the mind,and the symptoms such as timidity,emotional uneasiness,lack of desire to speak and move,etc.Would appear.The abnormal Shaoyang Minister Fire move rashly and become floating Fire.When the Gallbladder Fire inflammation take place,it disturbs the Monach Fire and cause upset mind,irritability,dry and bitter mouth,difficult to sleep and easy to wake up and other symptoms.Therefore,Shaoyang cardinal dysfunction and Sanjiao Minister Fire depression is the key to the incidence of depression.In clinical treatment,dispersing Shaoyang Fire and regulating Minister Fire as the basic treatment principle,and treat the disease according to the changes of syndrome types.Various changes of Qi machine will affect the function of Sanjiao′s regulating Qi.Regulating Qi activity is the core treatment of relieving the Shaoyang Fire and Sanjiao Qi,and regulating emotion is the fundamental way to enhance the curative effect and prevent recurrence.
