征兵体检中精索静脉曲张手术方式比较

摘　　要：目的该文通过SPSS数据分析统计不同精索静脉曲张手术方式在征兵体检中的应用效果与应用价值.方法选取天津市第四中心医院2019年10月-2022年10月期间收治的60例精索静脉曲张患者作为样本对象,所有患者均因参加征兵体检而接受手术治疗,比较分析不同精索静脉曲张手术方式的差异性.结果在此研究中,应用外环下精索静脉显微结扎术治疗的30例患者具有更为优良的治疗效果,与应用传统手术治疗方式的患者相比,体现出显著的统计学差异(P<0.05),其中前者的手术时间与治疗时间相对较短,并且并发症的发生概率与临床复发率较低.结论对于要参加征兵体检的精索静脉曲张患者而言,应用外环下精索静脉显微结扎术具有较为优良的治疗效果,具有较高的安全性与可靠性,可降低该疾病的复发率.Objective To analyze the effect and value of different Varicocele operation methods in military conscription physical examination SPSS data.Methods A total of 60 Varicocele patients admitted to our hospital from October 2019 to October 2022 were selected as the sample.All patients underwent surgical treatment because of their participation in military conscription,to compare and analyze the differences in different Varicocele of surgery.Results In this study,30 patients treated by microligation of spermatic vein under external ring had better therapeutic effect,there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The operation time and treatment time of the former group were shorter than those of the latter,and the occurrence probability of complications and clinical recurrence rate were lower.Conclusion The application of microligation of spermatic vein under external ring has better therapeutic effect,higher safety and reliability for the Varicocele patients who want to take part in the physical examination of conscription,can reduce the disease recurrence rate.
