摘　　要：目的应用免疫细胞化学技术对宫颈细胞标本进行p16/MCM2双项联检染色,探讨和优化染色流程并总结经验.方法选取徐州市肿瘤医院病理科2022年7月-2022年11月的宫颈脱落细胞标本,应用免疫细胞化学技术进行p16/MCM2双项联检染色,于显微镜下阅片.结果p16/MCM2双项联检免疫细胞化学技术可在病变细胞发生形态学改变之前,根据蛋白水平筛选出表达异常的子宫颈细胞,进而筛查出宫颈上皮内病变和宫颈癌.结论良好的染色流程与方法在p16/MCM2双项联检免疫细胞化学技术中至关重要,p16/MCM2双项联检免疫细胞化学技术对子宫颈癌的诊断,尤其是对癌前病变的风险度评估、癌筛人群的分流提供了有效的帮助.Objective p16/MCM2 double-linked immunocytochemical staining of cervical cell specimens using immunocytochemical staining technology,explore and optimize the dyeing process and summarize experience.Methods Samples of cervical shedatory cells from July 2022 to November 2022 from the Pathology Department of Xuzhou Cancer Hospital were selected,and the p16/MCM2 double joint examination was applied to immunocytochemical technology,and the film was read under the microscope.Results The pl6/MCM2 double-item joint examination of immunocytochemistry can screen abnormally expressed cervical cells at the protein level before the morphological changes of diseased cells,and then screen out cervical intraepithelial lesions and cancer.Conclusions Good staining process and methods are very important in p16/MCM2 double-linked immunocytochemical technology p16/MCM2 doubleitem joint examination immunocytochemistry technology provides effective help in the diagnosis of cervical cancer,especially for the risk assessment of precancerous lesions and the shunt of cancer screening population.
