摘 要:目的调查新冠疫情本土病例新增期间天津全血采集情况,分析原因,为今后制定应急策略提供依据.方法回顾性分析2022年5月下旬(2022.5.16-2022.5.30)即天津本土病例新增期间血液中心全血采血情况,与新增前15天(2022.5.1-2022.5.15)、清零后15天(2022.5.31-2022.6.14)及2021年5月下旬同期(2021.5.16-2021.5.30)对比.结果2022年5月下旬全血采血量与新增前15天及2021年5月下旬同期对比,分别下降42.21%、62.49%,清零后15天全血采血量与新增期间比较,上升68.25%(P<0.05);全血初次献血者比例较新增前15天上涨3.4%,较清零后15天上涨3.2%,较2021年5月下旬同期下降10.6%(P<0.05).全血本地献血者比例较新增前15天下降4.8%,较清零后15天下降5.6%,较2021年5月下旬同期上涨11.1%(P<0.05);团体无偿献血者比例较前后两个15天无明显变化(P>0.05),较2021年5月下旬同期下降26.9%(P<0.05).结论新冠疫情本土病例新增对全血采集工作带来极大挑战,全血采血量下降明显,积极的应对策略保障了临床供血,可为今后类似突发事件的发生提供预案依据.Objective To investigate the situation of whole blood collection in Tianjin during the period of new local cases,analyze the causes,and provide basis for formulating emergency strategies in the future.Methods A retrospective analysis was made on the whole blood collection in the center in the late May 2022(2022.5.16-2022.5.30),that is,during the new period of local cases in Tianjin,compared with the 15 days before the new cases(2022.5.1-2022.5.15),15 days after zero clearing(2022.5.31-2022.6.14)and the same period in late May 2021(2021.5.16-2021.5.30).Results Compared with the same period of the first 15 days and the last ten days of May 2021,the whole blood collection volume in the last ten days of May 2022 decreased by 42.21%and 62.49%respectively,and the whole blood collection volume in the 15 days after zero clearing increased by 68.25%compared with the new period(P<0.05);the proportion of first-time whole blood donors increased by 3.4%compared with the 15 days before the increase,3.2%compared with the 15 days after the reset,and 10.6%compared with the same period in late May 2021(P<0.05).The proportion of whole blood local blood donors decreased by 4.8%compared with the 15 days before the increase,decreased by 5.6%compared with the 15 days after zero clearing,and increased by 11.1%compared with the same period in late May 2021(P<0.05);the group free proportion had no significant change compared with the previous 15 days(P>0.05),but decreased by 26.9%compared with the same period in late May 2021(P<0.05).Conclusion The local addition of the COVID-19 has brought great challenges to the whole blood collection work.The volume of whole blood collection has declined significantly.The active response strategy has guaranteed the clinical blood supply,which can provide a basis for the plan for similar emergencies in the future.
