摘　　要：零售药店在服务居民健康方面起着举足轻重的作用,但现阶段零售药店存在工作重心侧重于销量和利润、零售药店药学服务规章制度不完善、从业人员专业水平不高等问题,阻碍了零售药店药学服务的开展.文章从加强监督管理、完善规章制度、提高从业人员福利待遇、加强从业人员培训学习等方面进行了阐述,旨在为进一步促进零售药店药学服务的实施和提高合理用药提供参考.Retail pharmacies play an important role in serving the health level of residents,but at this stage,retail pharmacies have problems such as focusing on sales and profits,imperfect rules and regulations for pharmaceutical service in retail pharmacies,and low professional level of employees,which hinder the development of pharmaceutical services in retail pharmacies.This paper elaborates on strengthening supervision and management,improving rules and regulations,improving the welfare of employees,and strengthening the training and learning of employees,aiming to provide reference for further promoting the implementation of pharmaceutical services in retail pharmacies and improving rational drug use.
