基于"互联网+"的延续性护理对川崎病患儿服药依从性及家庭照顾负担的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨在川崎病患儿中采取基于"互联网+"的延续性护理的作用.方法按随机数字表法将广东省茂名市妇幼保健院2019年9月-2021年9月收治的88例川崎病患儿分为对照组(行常规护理)和观察组(行基于"互联网+"的延续性护理),每组均为44例患儿,两组均持续护理30天.比较两组服药依从性、家庭照顾负担和护理满意度.结果观察组服药依从性比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理后中文版Zarit照顾者负担量表(ZBI)中个人负担(18.94±1.86)分、责任负担(6.42±1.30)分,均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为95.45%(42/44),高于对照组的81.82%(36/44),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论基于"互联网+"的延续性护理能够提高川崎病患儿服药依从性,减轻家庭照顾负担,从而提升家属满意度.Objective To explore the role of"Internet+"based continuous care in children with Kawasaki disease.Methods A total of 88 children with Kawasaki disease admitted to Maoming Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Guangdong Province from September 2019 to September 2021 were divided into the control group(receiving routine nursing)and the observation group(receiving continuous nursing based on"Internet+")by random number table method,with 44 cases in both groups.Both groups received continuous nursing for 30 days.Medication compliance,family care burden and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The personal burden(18.94±1.86)points and responsibility burden(6.42±1.30)points in the Chinese version of Zarit Caregiver Burden Scale(ZBI)after nursing in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 95.45%(42/44),which was higher than that of the control group 81.82%(36/44),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The continuous nursing based on"Internet+"can improve the medication compliance of children with Kawasaki disease,reduce the burden of family care,and improve the satisfaction of family members.
