加速康复护理模式对全髋关节置换术患者疼痛、髋关节功能及血流变学指标的影响

摘　　要：目的分析加速康复护理模式对全髋关节置换术患者疼痛、髋关节功能及血流变学指标的影响.方法选取天津北大医疗海洋石油医院2020年3月-2022年3月收治的行全髋关节置换术治疗的46例患者为研究对象,基于围术期护理模式不同将其分为观察组和对照组.对照组在围术期采用常规护理模式,观察组在围术期采用加速康复护理模式.观察两组VAS评分、Harris评分、Barthel指数、血流变学指标、术后康复情况及护理满意度.结果术前组间各项指标差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后观察组VAS评分、Harris评分和Barthel指数均显著优于对照组(P<0.05),术后观察组全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、血浆比黏度、血沉均显著低于对照组(P<0.05).观察组下床活动时间和术后住院时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05),观察组并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05).结论加速康复护理模式在全髋关节置换术护理中应用效果显著,值得推广应用.Objective To analyze the effect of accelerated rehabilitation nursing mode on pain,hip joint function and hemorheology in patients undergoing total hip replacement.Methods 46 patients who were treated with total hip replacement from March 2020 to March 2022 in PKU Care CNO0C Hospital were selected as the research objects.They were divided into observation group and control group based on different perioperative nursing modes.The control group adopted the routine nursing mode in the perioperative period,and the observation group adopted the accelerated rehabilitation nursing mode in the perioperative period.VAS score,Harris score,Barthel index,hemorheology index,postoperative rehabilitation and nursing satisfaction were observed in the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in all indexes between the groups before operation(P>0.05).The VAS score,Harris score and Barthel index in the observation group after operation were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The whole blood high shear viscosity,whole blood low shear viscosity,plasma specific viscosity and erythrocyte sedimentation rate in the observation group after operation were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The time of getting out of bed and hospitalization in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05),the incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the satisfaction of nursing in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Accelerated rehabilitation nursing mode has a significant effect in the nursing of total hip replacement,and is worth popularizing.
