亚稀褶红菇重度中毒患者的急救与护理研究

摘　　要：此研究选择天津市第四中心医院2017年10月-2021年12月收治的30例亚稀褶红菇重度中毒患者为研究对象,总结其急救与护理措施.护理重点为第一时间进行毒素清除,并监测患者的生命体征,做好血液净化治疗的护理,其中包含血浆置换和血液灌流血管通路的维护、低血压的预防与处理、抗凝护理与出血观察、变态反应与溶血反应的预防与处理;预防呼吸衰竭、肝损伤及肝性脑病、急性肾损伤、胃肠功能损伤等并发症;在急救的基础上增加对患者的健康宣教教育,包含心理护理及健康宣教,提升患者对亚稀褶红菇的认知,减少再次中毒情况的发生.经急救与护理之后,患者的住院时间为14-28d,24例完全恢复,6例明显好转,患者整体治疗效果较好,各项生命体征平稳,达到出院标准.结论提示:对亚稀褶红菇重度中毒患者实施急救与护理干预可加快患者出院,提升患者对亚稀褶红菇重度中毒的认知,值得临床应用推广.In this study,30 patients with severe intoxication of Russula pleurotus were selected from October 2017 to December 2021,and their first aid and nursing were summarized.The focus of nursing is to remove the toxin at the first time,monitor the patient's vital signs,and do a good job in the nursing of blood purification therapy,it includes maintenance of plasma exchange and hemoperfusion vascular access,prevention and treatment of hypotension,anticoagulation care and observation of bleeding,prevention and treatment of allergic reaction and hemolytic reaction To prevent complications such as respiratory failure,liver injury,hepatic encephalopathy,acute kidney injury and gastrointestinal function injury,and to add health education on the basis of first aid,including psychological nursing and health education,improve the patients'knowledge of Russula pleurotus and reduce the occurrence of re-poisoning.After emergency treatment and nursing,the patients were hospitalized for 14-28 days,24 cases recovered completely,6 cases improved obviously,the overall treatment effect was good,all vital signs were stable,up to discharge standard.Conclusion:the first aid and nursing intervention can accelerate the discharge of patients with severe poisoning of Russula pleurotus and improve the cognition of patients.
