音乐记忆训练联合正念认知对阿尔茨海默病患者认知功能的影响

摘　　要：目的观察音乐记忆训练联合正念认知疗法(MBCT)在阿尔茨海默病(AD)患者中的应用效果.方法使用便利抽样法选取2020年1月-2022年1月127例AD患者作为研究对象,以不同护理方案分为两组,对照组63例采取MBCT,观察组64例采取音乐记忆训练联合MBCT.比较两组患者干预前后的认知功能、抑郁程度、自我效能感、睡眠障碍.结果干预1个月后、干预2个月后观察组蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)评分高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后观察组行为障碍、周期性功能、观念障碍、与情绪有关的表现、躯体表现评分低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后观察组一般自我效能感量表(GSES)评分高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后观察组睡眠障碍严重程度低于对照组(P<0.05).结论AD患者实施音乐记忆训练联合MBCT干预后,不仅认知功能得到有效改善,且患者的抑郁程度减轻、睡眠障碍缓解、自我效能感显著增强.Objective To observe the effect of music memory training combined with mindfulness-based cognitive therapy(MBCT)in patients with Alzheimer's disease(AD).Methods From January 2020 to January 2022,127 AD patients were selected by convenience sampling and divided into two groups according to different nursing plans.63 cases in the control group received MBCT,and 64 cases in the observation group received music memory training combined with MBCT.The cognitive function,degree of depression,selfefficacy and sleep disorder were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results After 1 month and 2 months of intervention,the scores of Montreal Cognitive Assessment(MoCA)in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of behavior disorder,periodic function,concept disorder,emotion-related performance and physical performance in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the general Self-efficacy Scale(GSES)score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the severity of sleep disorder in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions After the intervention of music memory training combined with MBCT,not only the cognitive function of AD patients can be effectively improved,but also the degree of depression,sleep disorder and self-efficacy of AD patients can be alleviated.
