小活络丸联合双氯芬酸钠治疗腰腿痹症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的分析在为腰腿痹症患者实施治疗的过程中联合运用小活络丸与双氯芬酸钠所获得的临床疗效.方法此次实验研究对象的纳入时间范围为2年,区间由2020年5月起,并截止于2022年5月,共包括在天津市和平区南营门街社区卫生服务中心接受腰腿痹症治疗的患者50例,采用随机数字表法将患者分成两组,其中接受双氯芬酸钠治疗的25例患者作为对比组,接受双氯芬酸钠联合小活络丸治疗的25例患者作为实验组.结果两组患者治疗前疼痛评分、腰屈曲范围、腰椎曲度、腰椎功能以及中医证候积分、生活质量相比,差异不显著(P>0.05);治疗后实验组患者上述指标、治疗效果与对比组患者相比,差异显著(P<0.05).结论在腰腿痹症患者治疗的过程中联合运用小活络丸与双氯芬酸钠属于一种相对较为理想的联合用药方案,有助于患者的更好治疗、恢复与预后改善.Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of xiaohuoluo pill combined with diclofenac in the treatment of low back and leg pain.Methods This study included 50 patients who were treated in our hospital from May,2020 to May,2022.The duration of the study was 2 years,the patients were randomly divided into two groups,25 patients who were treated with diclofenac as control group,and 25 patients who were treated with diclofenac and Xiaohuoluo pills as experimental group.Results There was no significant difference in pain score,lumbar flexion range,lumbar curvature,lumbar function,traditional Chinese medicine symptom score,and quality of life between the two groups of patients before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment,there was a significant difference in the above indicators and treatment effects between the experimental group and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Xiaohuoluo Pill and diclofenac is a relatively ideal drug regimen in the treatment of patients with low back and leg pain,it is helpful to improve the treatment,recovery and prognosis of the patients.
