健脾益气汤治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期脾肺两虚证的临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期脾肺两虚证采用健脾益气汤治疗的临床效果.方法选取天津市红桥区中医医院于2021年8月-2021年12月接诊的76例慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期脾肺两虚证患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各38例;对照组采用噻托溴铵粉吸入剂治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用健脾益气汤治疗;6周后对比两组的临床疗效.结果治疗后,治疗组的用力肺活量(FVC)、第一秒用力呼气量(FEV1)、FVC/FEV1均高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组PaO_(2)水平高于对照组,PaCO_(2)水平低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组的中医证候积分低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组的SGRQ评分低于对照组(P<0.05).结论健脾益气汤治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期脾肺两虚证的临床效果十分显著,能够有效改善患者肺功能,显著提升患者的生活质量,可为临床诊治提供参考.Objective To investigate the clinical effects of Jianpiyiqi decoction in the treatment of Deficiency of Both Spleen and Lung in stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods 76 cases of Deficiency of Both Spleen and Lung in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease at stable stage were acceptted from Internal medicine of TCM department of our hospital from August 2021 to December 2021,and randomly divided into control group and treatment group,which had 38 cases.The control group was treated with Sertor bromide powder inhalant,and the treatment group was treated with Jianpiyiqi decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared 6 weeks later.Results Affer treatment,the forced vital capacity(FVC),forced breathing volume in the first second(FEV1),and FVC/FEV1 in treatment group were higher control group(P<0.05).PaO_(2) level in treatment group was higher than control group,PaCO_(2) level was lower than control group(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome score of treatment group was lower than control group(P<0.05).The SGRQ score of treatment group was lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Jianpiyiqi decoction on the Deficiency of Both Spleen and Lung in the stable stage of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is very significant,which can effectively improve the lung function of patients and significantly improve the quality of life of patients,can provide reference for clinical treatment.
