摘　　要：目的探讨麻杏石甘汤加减联合小儿推拿治疗小儿外感咳嗽的临床效果.方法选取2021年9月-2022年9月江西省宜春市中医院收治的60例外感咳嗽患儿,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,两组各30例.给予对照组患儿抗感染、止咳化痰等常规西药治疗.观察组患儿在常规西药治疗的基础上应用麻杏石甘汤加减联合小儿推拿治疗,观察对比两组患儿的临床治疗总有效率、中医证候积分、治愈时间.结果观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者的中医证候积分对比无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治愈时间少于对照组(P<0.05).结论麻杏石甘汤加减联合小儿推拿治疗可改善小儿外感咳嗽患儿的临床症状,缩短治愈时间,值得临床推广.Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Maxing Shigan decoction plus massage in treating children with exogenous cough.Methods 60 cases of children with cough in our hospital from September 2021 to September 2022 were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 30 cases each.The children in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine,such as anti infection,cough relieving and phlegm resolving.On the basis of conventional western medicine treatment,children in the observation group were treated with Maxing Shigan Decoction plus children's massage,and the total effective rate,TCM syndrome score and cure time of clinical treatment of children in the two groups were observed and compared.Results The total ffective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);there was no significant diference in TCM syndrome score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),but after treatment,it was lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05);the cure time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Maxing Shigan decoction combined with infantile massage can improve the clinical symptoms of children with exogenous cough,shorten the cure time,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
