摘 要:目的对过敏性皮肤病患者血清过敏原特异性IgE抗体检测结果进行分析,作为相关疾病的防控依据。方法选择枣庄市皮肤病性病防治院检验科2015年7月—2022年7月期间接诊的583例过敏性皮肤病患者,通过免疫印迹法筛查患者血清过敏原,分析相关数据。结果吸入性过敏原中,尘螨和艾蒿过敏原特异性IgE抗体阳性率分别为9.61%和8.75%,食物性过敏原中,黄豆和鸡蛋过敏原特异性IgE抗体阳性率分别为4.12%和3.95%;男性尘螨、艾蒿、豚草、树木、啤酒花吸入性过敏原特异性IgE抗体阳性率高于女性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);儿童组鸡蛋、牛奶、牛肉和羊肉的食物性过敏原特异性IgE抗体阳性率均高于壮年组和老年组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);吸入性过敏原中,夏季的艾蒿血清过敏原特异性IgE抗体阳性率高于春、秋和冬季,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=25.178、11.960、29.967,P<0.05)。结论不同年龄、性别和季节会影响过敏性皮肤病发病率,可作为疾病防控的重点依据。Objective To analyze the detection results of serum allergen-specific IgE antibody in patients with allergic dermatosis as the basis for prevention and control of related diseases.Methods 583 patients with allergic dermatosis were selected from the Laboratory Department of Zaozhuang Dermatology and Venereal Disease Prevention and Control Hospital from July 2015 to July 2022,and their serum allergens were screened by immunoblotting,and the relevant data were analyzed.Results Among inhalation allergens,the specific IgE antibody positive rates of dust mites and artemisia argyi allergens were 9.61%and 8.75%,respectively.Among food allergens,the specific IgE antibody positive rates of soybean and egg allergens were 4.12%and 3.95%,respectively;the positive rate of inhaled allergen-specific IgE antibody of dust mites,mugwort,ragweed,trees and hops in males were higher than those in females,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the positive rate of specific IgE antibody of food allergens such as eggs,milk,beef and mutton in children's group were higher than those in adult group and elderly group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Among inhaled allergens,the positive rate of allergen-specific IgE antibody in mugwort in summer was higher than that in spring,autumn and winter,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=25.178,11.960,29.967,P<0.05).Conclusion Different age,gender and season will affect the incidence rate of allergic dermatosis,which can be used as the key basis for disease prevention and control.
