基于“肠道微环境”探讨脾主运化对痛风合并2型糖尿病的影响

摘　　要：痛风合并2型糖尿病以反复发作的急性关节炎、高尿酸、高血糖以及相应靶器官损害为主要表现,发病率、复发率高,严重影响患者的生活质量,加重经济负担。本病的中医治疗可改善脾胃功能,调节肠道菌群,改善肠道微环境,降低尿酸、血糖及炎性因子水平进而控制疾病的发生发展,为痛风合并2型糖尿病提供新的治疗方向。Gout complicated with type 2 diabetes mellitus is mainly manifested by recurrent acute arthritis,high uric acid,high blood glucose and damage to corresponding target organs.The morbidity and recurrence rate are high,which seriously affect the quality of life of patients and increase the economic burden.The TCM treatment of this disease can improve the function of the spleen and stomach,regulate the intestinal flora,improve the intestinal microenvironment,reduce the levels of uric acid,blood glucose and inflammatory factors,and control the occurrence and development of the disease,which is a new treatment direction for gout combined with type 2 diabetes.
