全方位眼科优质护理对泪小管断裂吻合术患者心理弹性及不良事件发生情况的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨全方位眼科优质护理对泪小管断裂吻合术患者心理弹性及不良事件发生情况的影响。方法选取2018年9月至2020年9月在本院诊治的120例泪小管断裂患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各60例。对照组实施常规眼科护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施全方位眼科优质护理。比较两组的干预效果。结果 干预后,观察组的康纳-戴维森韧性量表(CD-RISC)评分高于对照组,汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的不良事件总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的住院时间、手术时间短于对照组,纽卡斯尔护理服务满意度量表(NSNS)评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的泪膜破裂时间(BUT)长于对照组,泪液分泌实验(SⅠt)、角膜荧光素染色(CFS)评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 将全方位眼科优质护理应用于泪小管断裂吻合术患者中,可以消除其焦虑、抑郁等不良情绪,改善心理弹性及泪膜功能,减少不良事件的发生,缩短治疗周期。Objective To explore the effects of comprehensive ophthalmic quality nursing on psychological resilience and occurrence of adverse events in patients undergoing lacrimal canaliculus anastomosis.Methods A total of 120 patients with canalicular laceration diagnosed and treated in our hospital from September 2018 to September 2020 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given routine ophthalmic nursing,and the observation group was given comprehensive ophthalmic quality nursing on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the score of Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the scores of Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The hospitalization time and operation time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the Newcastle Satisfaction with Nursing Scale(NSNS)score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the break-up time(BUT)of the observation group was longer than that of the control group,and the schirmerⅠtest(SⅠt)and corneal fluorescein staining(CFS)score were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive ophthalmic quality nursing applied in patients undergoing lacrimal canalicular anastomosis can eliminate their anxiety,depression and other negative emotions,improve psychological resilience and tear film function,reduce the occurrence of adverse events and shorten the treatment cycle.
