云课堂在神经病学教学中的探究

摘  要:目的评估互联网时代云课堂在神经病学中的教学经验,以便为云课堂的应用提供参考。方法2020年2月—2021年2月,收集152名在广州医科大学附属第一医院接受神经病学教学的本科医学生的资料,参与者分为接受线上教学的云课堂组和线下课堂教学的经典组,两组学员分别接受课前测验和课后测验,教师和学生课后接受关于授课质量的问卷调查。结果云课堂组和经典组的课前测验平均得分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组课后测验平均得分均高于测验前。与经典组相比,云课堂组授课后测验成绩提高幅度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但在基础理论部分成绩提高幅度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。授课后问卷调查结果提示学生认为两者的教学评价差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但云课堂增加了课外学习负担。讲师认为两者的教学难度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但云课堂对备课要求更高。结论研究提示云课堂的教学模式较传统经典课堂更适用于神经病学基础理论知识传授,可适用于互联网时代医学课程的授课。Objective To evaluate the teaching experience of cloud classroom in neurology in the Internet era,so as to provide reference for the application of cloud classroom.Methods From February 2020 to February 2021,the data of 152 undergraduate medical students who received neurology teaching in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University were collected.The participants were divided into the cloud class group receiving online teaching and the classic group receiving offline classroom teaching.The two groups of students received pre class tests and post class tests respectively.Teachers and students received questionnaires about teaching quality after class.Results There was no statistically significant difference in average pre class test scores between the cloud classroom group and the classic group(P>0.05).The average scores of both groups of after-school tests were higher than before the test.Compared with the classic group,there was no statistically significant difference in the improvement of post class test scores in the cloud classroom group(P>0.05),but there was a statistically significant difference in the improvement of scores in the basic theory section(P<0.05).The results of a questionnaire survey after teaching suggested that students believed that there was no statistically significant difference in teaching evaluation between the two(P>0.05),but cloud classrooms increased the burden of extracurricular learning.The lecturer believed that there was no statistically significant difference in teaching difficulty between the two(P>0.05),but cloud classrooms had higher requirements for lesson preparation.Conclusion This study suggests that teaching mode of cloud classroom may achieve better effect on basic theoretical knowledge in neurology than traditional classic classroom,and can be applied to the medical courses in the internet time.
