活血通脉安心汤治疗不稳定型心绞痛血瘀证患者50例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探究活血通脉安心汤治疗不稳定型心绞痛血瘀证患者的临床疗效及对心功能和凝血功能的影响。方法:选取100例不稳定性心绞痛血瘀证患者,按照简单随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组在此基础上采用活血通脉安心汤治疗,两组均连续治疗4周。比较两组临床疗效、心功能及凝血功能变化情况。结果:观察组总有效率[96.00%(48/50)]高于对照组[84.00%(42/50)](P<0.05);观察组左心室射血分数明显高于对照组(P<0.05),证候积分、左心室收缩末期内径和左心室舒张末期内径显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组纤维蛋白原、血小板、D-二聚体均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),凝血酶原时间、活化部分凝血活酶时间显著长于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:活血通脉安心汤联合常规西药治疗不稳定性心绞痛血瘀证患者具有良好的临床疗效,可有效改善患者的心功能及凝血情况。Objective:To explore clinical effects of Huoxue Tongmai Anxin Tang(HXTMAX)in treating blood stasis pattern unstable angina pectoris(UA),and its influence on the patients'heart function and coagulation function.Methods:All 100 patients were allocated to the control group and the observation group according to simple random number table method,50 cases in each group.The control group adopted conventional therapy of Western medicine,and the observation group was treated with HXTMAX,both groups were treated for four weeks consecutively.To compare clinical effects,heart function and coagulation function.Results:Total effective rate of the observation group was[96.00%(48/50)],higher than[84.00%(42/50)]of the control group(P<0.05);left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)of the observation group was clearly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),syndrome integrals,left ventricular end-systolic dimension(LVESD)and left ventricular end diastolic dimension(LVDd)significantly lower than these of the control group(P<0.05);the observation group was lower than the control group in fibrinogen,blood platelet and D-dimer apparently(P<0.05),longer than the control group in prothrombin time and activated partial thromboplastin time remarkably(P<0.05).Conclusion:HXTMAX in combination with conventional therapy of Western medicine in the treatment of blood stasis pattern UA has good clinical effects,which could effectively improve the patients'heart function and coagulation function.
