中药干预糖尿病胃轻瘫胃肠动力信号通路的研究进展

摘　　要：结合近五年糖尿病胃轻瘫的基础实验研究,对中药干预糖尿病胃轻瘫的的胃肠动力信号通路研究进行综述。发现干细胞因子/酪氨酸激酶信号通路、Ras同源A蛋白/RhoA相关蛋白激酶RhoA/ROCK等多条信号通路参与了糖尿病胃轻瘫的发生和发展过程;中药治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫疗效确切,具有多角度多靶点优势,但缺乏物质基础研究,需要开展符合辨证论治和遣方用药规律的物质基础和作用机理研究,以期为临床有效治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫提供思路。By reviewing basic experimental studies of diabetic gastroparesis(DG)in the recent five years,the paper summarizes TCM intervention in gastrointestinal motility signal pathway of DG.Multiple signal pathways including stem cell factor/tyrosine kinase signaling pathway,Ras homologous A protein/RhoA-associated protein kinase RhoA/ROCK,have participated in the occurrence and development of DG.TCM could gain definite effects in the treatment of DG,possessing the advantages of many angles and targets,however,lacking material basic research,therefore,the studies on material foundation and the mechanism conforming to the laws of syndrome differentiation and treatment,medication and dispatching prescription,need to be launched,in order to provide the ideas for clinical and effective treatment of DG.
