铜砭刮痧联合耳穴压豆治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨铜砭刮痧联合耳穴压豆在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)中的治疗价值。方法:选取江西省中西医结合医院2021年3月-2022年3月收治的100例COPD患者,采用随机数字表法进行分组,每组50例。对照组予以常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组基础上增加铜砭刮痧与耳穴压豆治疗。对比两组肺功能、中医症状积分、生活质量、T淋巴细胞亚群水平。结果:治疗后,观察组肺功能指标均优于对照组,中医症状积分低于对照组,莱斯特咳嗽问卷(LCQ)评分高于对照组,T淋巴细胞亚群(CD3+、CD4+)水平均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在COPD的治疗中,铜砭刮痧联合耳穴压豆的效果良好,可改善患者的临床症状、肺功能及生活质量,并对免疫功能产生一定的积极影响。Objective:To explore the therapeutic value of copper scraping combined with auricular point pressing beans in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Method:A total of 100 patients with COPD who were admitted to Jiangxi Provincial Hospital of Integrative Medicine from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected and divided into groups according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine western medicine treatment,and the observation group was additionally treated with copper scraping combined with auricular point pressing beans on the basis of the control group.The pulmonary function,TCM symptom scores,quality of life,and the levels of T lymphocyte subsets were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,the pulmonary function indexes of the observation group were all better than those of the control group,the TCM symptom score was lower than that of the control group,the score of Leicester cough questionnaire(LCQ)was higher than that of the control group,and the levels of T lymphocyte subsets(CD3+,CD4+)were all better than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of COPD,copper scraping combined with auricular point pressing beans has a good effect,which can improve patients'clinical symptoms,pulmonary function and quality of life,and have a positive impact on immune function.
