摘  要:目的:分析日记式心理教育干预对慢性精神分裂症患者正负情绪及自我效能感的影响。方法:选取2021年3月-2022年3月于江西省荣军优抚医院接受治疗的139例慢性精神分裂症患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法,将其分为研究组(n=70,给予常规精神病护理联合日记式心理教育干预)和对照组(n=69,给予常规精神病护理干预)。比较两组干预前后的血清指标[超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)]、生存质量、自我效能感及正负情绪。结果:干预后,两组SOD水平均明显下降,研究组低于对照组,BDNF水平均明显升高,研究组高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,两组精神分裂症患者生存质量量表(SQLS)总分、心理社会、动机精力、症状/副反应评分均明显下降,且研究组均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,两组一般自我效能感量表(GSES)评分均明显上升,且研究组均高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,两组正性情绪评分均明显升高,研究组高于对照组,负性情绪评分均明显下降,研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:日记式心理教育干预可有效降低慢性精神分裂症患者血清SOD水平,提高BDNF水平,改善其正负情绪,提高其自我效能感和生活质量,利于稳定病情。Objective:To explore the effect of diary type psychological education on positive and negative emotions and self-efficacy of patients with chronic schizophrenia.Method:A total of 139 patients with chronic schizophrenia who were treated in Jiangxi Provincial Rongjun Special Care Hospital from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the research subjects and divided into an research group(n=70,the patients were given routine psychiatric care combined with diary type psychological education intervention)and a control group(n=69,the patients were given routine psychiatric care intervention)according to the random number table method.Serum indicators[superoxide dismutase(SOD),brain derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)],quality of life,self-efficacy and positive and negative emotions were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Result:After the intervention,the SOD levels of the two groups were significantly decreased,that in the research group was lower than that in the control group,and the BDNF levels of the two groups were significantly increased,that in the research group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the total score of schizophrenia quality of life scale(SQLS),psycho-social,motivational energy,symptoms/side effects scores of the two groups decreased significantly,and those in the research group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of general self-efficacy scale(GSES)in both groups increased significantly,and those in the research group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the positive emotional scores of the two groups were significantly increased,that in the research group was higher than that in the control group,and the negative emotional scores of the two groups were significantly decreased,that in the research group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Diary type psychological education intervention can effectively reduce se
