摘　　要：曲面校准试块用于校准凸曲面探头入射点、折射角、零点和速度,还可以测量仪器的水平线性、垂直线性、动态范围等性能指标,是超声探头制造商、校准实验室和用户制造商迫切需要的一种无损检测技术和方法。介绍了肚兜试块的技术特点、设计原理,以及肚兜试块的特殊用途和常规用途。肚兜试块不仅能保证曲面斜探头对检测到的缺陷准确定位,还能提高凹形曲面锻件、铸件、管件孔和焊缝表面的周向超声检测水平。同时,它可以“一件多用”来校准仪器的性能和校准灵敏度。肚兜试块的问世必将对提高钢铁产品的质量起到重要作用。The curved calibration test block is used to calibrate the incidence point,refraction angle,scanning zero point and speed of convex curved surface probe.It can be also used to measure the performance indicators of the instrument such as horizontal linearity,vertical linearity and dynamic range.Therefore,it is an urgently needed nondestructive testing tech⁃nology and method for ultrasonic probe manufacturers,calibration laboratories and user manufacturers.The technical char⁃acteristics and design principle of the bellyband test block,as well as its special and conventional purposes were intro⁃duced.The bellyband test block could not only ensure the accurate positioning of defects detected by the curved surface an⁃gle probe,but also could improve the circumferential ultrasonic testing level of concave curved surface forgings,castings,pipe fitting holes and weld surfaces.At the same time,it was multipurpose to calibrate the performance and sensitivity of the instrument.The appearance of bellyband test block would play an important role in improving the quality of steel products.
