摘  要:锻造厂锻造的20CrMnMo齿轮毛坯经超声波探伤检验发现部分齿轮坯内部存在裂纹。对含有缺陷的齿轮坯进行解剖取样,通过低倍检验、金相检验、断口分析以及扫描电镜检验等方法对齿轮坯内部裂纹的产生原因进行分析。结果表明:齿轮坯内部未完全焊合的气泡和聚集成簇分布的夹杂在组织应力和热应力的作用下导致裂纹的产生。During the ultrasonic flaw detection of gear blanks of 20CrMnMo forged by one forging plant,it was found that there were some cracks inside.The gear blanks with defects were dissected and sampled.The causes of internal cracks in⁃side of gear blanks were analyzed by macroscopic examination,metallographic examination,fracture analysis,scanning electron microscope examination.The results showed that the incomplete welded bubbles and clustered inclusions in the gear blank led to formation of cracks under the action of structural stress and thermal stress.
